Grand Jury Investigates Community Host Agreements

When we first started Em and Ade we investigated getting a license for adult-use THC.  During that process the community host agreement was one of the more daunting parts that needed completion.  We heard horror stories like the ones mentioned in this article.  It seems like enough people have complained about what can be a very predatory process to provoke a response from the government.  Time will tell whether any meaningful changes are made to the process that will allow smaller companies to enter the market, but this is a good start!
